Project Description
The Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 is an educational service agency providing services to York, Adams, and Franklin Counties. We specialize in special education but also provide services in the areas of Business Services, Educational Services, and Educational Technology Services. We have special education classrooms in the public school districts all throughout York, Adams and Franklin Counties and also have classrooms at the York Learning Center on East 7th Avenue located behind the Harley Davidson where Route 30 meets Interstate 83. This center provides education for students who typically have more physical and behavioral challenges in which their needs aren’t able to be met in a typical school district setting.
Our programs inlcude Autistic Support, Life Skills Support, Hearing Impaired Support, Vision Impaired Support, Multidisabilities Support, Behavioral Intervention, Emotional Support and Preschool Early Intervention.
